Added Birthrights to Tainted Monika, Tainted Natsuki and Tainted Sayori

Tainted Monika Birthright
- Infinite ammo and access to all ammo types

Tainted Natsuki Birthright
- Cupcake Platter now only requires 1 room clear to active with an stored item.

Tainted Sayori Birthright
- Enemies drop twice as many Wisps and Curse of Darkness no longer applies when the timer runs out.

Poet's Pen now synergies with Dr. Fetus, Ipecac and Brimstone!

Dr. Fetus and Ipecac -> Pen now EXPLODES on impact!
Brimstone -> Pen now spawns Black Brimstone lasers on impact!

Misc changes
- Tainted Characters should now spawn with their pocket items correctly.
- Debug now has a sfx when you select the ammo types.
- Improved EID functionailty with Tainted Characters.
- Tainted Sayori's pocket item should cause less lag.

Patch notes

Overhauled Sayori's Sayonara transformation
- Reviving as Sayonara is now quicker and smoother
- Adds iframes whilst the transformation is happening (Stops rare instant deaths from occurring)
- Now properly displays the correct sprites (For example: using items and getting hurt)
- All revival items (1-Up, Dead Cat, Laz Rags, Judas's Shadow) now trigger BEFORE Sayonara
- Transcendence now appears 25% more frequently in secret rooms whilst playing as Sayori

- Pen Tears are now unique Tear Variants. Used for Cryptic Poem and Monika's Birthright
- Fixed a bug that attempt to call a nil value 'ChangeVariant' for Pen Tears. (Thanks Lazy_mlyn4ik!)
- Improved Poet's Pen projectile and impact visual
- Added Entity_Effects to Cute Cupcake
- Updated Player Select UI
