Fixed broken mod caused by Soundtrack Menu mod update that broke sfx. It has been removed and now works correctly once again

- Updated format to latest Soundtrack menu version
- Made the following changes :
* Corpse Entrance : Stage Select 2 -> Shadowman
* Beast Fight : Hellspawn -> Hellwether
* Added Game Over (Game Over) and Game Over Loop (Stage Select 2)
