-fixed the crash with the new version of TModloader

Mainly a bug fix and clean up from the Inital port
Fixed the skeletal staff not dealing damage.
Fixed Ice wormhole mirrior having no sound.
Fixed some localization issues and typos.

Removed the mechanic fishing pole tweak since it is less common than the 1.4 change.

Major housekeeping on the Autofisher, as a side effect it can now catch enemies.
