  • Changed Metallurgy 1 from +20% Mining Station Output to +25% Alloys from jobs
  • Changed Metallurgy 3 from +2 Alloys from Metallurgists to a perk that adds Chief Engineers and 5 housing to foundries and factories
  • For Gestalt the Metallurgy 3 perk gives Omni-drones and adds +2 alloy production and +4 mineral upkeep from foundry buildings
  • Added economic categories for maintenance drones and Omni-drones
  • Moved all modifiers for maintenance drones and Omni-Drones to use economic category modifiers (performance improvement)
  • Moved all hardcoded resource modifiers from the pop job files to economic category modifiers. This primarily affects Commerce, Compassion, Administratum, Nanobiotics, and Ingenuity.
  • Moved Spawning Drones and Offspring Drones from the pop_jobs economic category to the pop_assemblers economic category.
  • Moved Maintenance Drones to the Maintenance Drone economic category
  • Updated all civics that use hardcoded resource modifiers to use economic categories. This primarily affects Technocracy, Merchant Guilds, Maintenance Protocols, and Equilibrium Instinct

  • Reduced the Administratum adoption effect from -20% empire size to -15%
  • Reduced the Administratum 3 effect from -25% empire size from districts to -20%
  • Reduced the Galactic Ascendancy effect from -20% empire size to -15%

  • Added an on_enabled set_government_cooldown = no reset_policy_cooldowns = yes} entry to the Administratum and Naval Ascendancy Finish Effects as well as the Imperial Prerogative and Managerial Prerogative ascension perks. This should alleviate player's pressure to take all of these perks back-to-back and early due to the lengthy government reform cooldown.
