Respawn logic reworked. The spawn locations should adhere to certain weighted conditions (Line of sight etc.). The weight of the conditions decreases the longer the algorithm tries to find a safe position for the player to spawn at. This now solves players spawning way off location when another player might be on top of a building overlooking a large area. Island locations will always be chaotic nevertheless.

Getting a killstreak of 3 now gives you a UAV perk.

The leaderboard was moved to the center of the screen (was a bit towards the right of the screen before).

Minor bug fixes regarding cleaning up after a round ended.

GUI changes made:

Custom leaderboard added ('P' to toggle)

You now can see whom you've killed with what (kill text)

The next weapon is showed in a custom control instead of a hint.

Credits were added to the voting screen (You can edit the html file to promote your own server etc.).

Some minor bug fixes regarding cleanup scripts.

Changed the location voting to a map with clickable markers.

Tweaked respawn scripts to prevent "stuck in spectator" bug.

Added logic to Building placement script to take rocks and trees into concideration -> Preventing a city being spawned in a jungle.

Some tweaks to code to improve performance when initializing the rounds.

Fixed a bug where the cleanup script would delete the respawn location "Debug Island" which caused players to be double killed.
