Added a placeholder birthright effect (uranus)
Added control drawings in the starting room (huge thanks to goob!)
Added a new item; Ice crown a cooldown based item that pushes enemies away and dealing minor damage to them.

Minor fixes the the Lead Bell trinket

Due an error, I had to reupload the mod.
-Added in a new trinket, called the Lead Bell.
This has a small chance to spawn a bone orbital on kill.

-Fixed a rare bug where the veils recharge would freeze (lol) your game.
-Killing a boss now sets your time based upon the health you have, rather than a flat 0:33 seconds.

-Added a new double-tap code
unsure if works with controller. Would need someone to yell at me if it works or not.
-Added a blacklist for two items.
Heartbreak and Magic skin, both of these gives the players broken hearts.
In an ideal world I might somehow change it to not make it OP.

-Entering a bossroom no longer gives Beira an Eternal heart
