Updated to version 0.2.

Changes:

1. Added Alliances & Truces mode.
   
2. Added Tributaries mode from T4N Tributary Framework mod (only active if mod is enabled).
   
3. Changed arrangements of buttons to accommodate new map modes. Added "More" button:
   
   • Moved lesser used Diplomatic Range, Matrilines, & Relatives map modes.
     
   • Added Trade Routes map mode from Silk Road mod (only active if mod is enabled).

1. Added occupied fortifications and occupied county modifiers to Warring map.
   
2. Corrected Special building slots without holdings in Raiding map.
   
3. Corrected GUI vertical align (botched 'Observer' button)
