navmesh is back + packing files into bsp test

a few fixes

minor fixes

navmesh is not outdated anymore

more unnecessary files were removed

fixed small hole at the second escallator, underground gate is now closable by player, changed position of some props

fixed server room doors displaying incorrectly, added buttons to the first escallator
