Balance Changes:
- Red Uair startup time reduced (13->11)
- Blue Uair is treated the same whether you hit an opponent or a wall (You can use blue uair twice in mid air aslong as yout hit something)
- Bair damage numbers swapped (first hit now does 4% and the second does 2% in blue mode and 5% and 3%)

Visual Changes:
- Blue Uair now is more visually interesting
