F-Special Throw Startup: 24 > 20 (frame 21)
D-Strong Multi-hit angle: 25 > 15 (to prevent opponents from falling out)
Fixed bug where if a sell hitbox hits multiple opponents it sells multiple times.
Edited Sell moves to pull in opponents easier
