-Fixed a bug where your movement inputs would start moving a Death Free Cam when you die and respawn.

-It now shouldn't be possible to clip the camera through weird geometry.
-The camera is now pushed by moving map geometry.
-Fixed a bug where the death cam would stop warping to you after the first time you've entered spectator mode.
