Dtilt:
- Hitbox height reduced
- Increased friction during startup

Curse:
+ Duration now extends by 5 frames when Gengar hits a cursed opponent. This allows for nair > aerial > up air combos to link more consistently.

Fixed some bugs with teleport under certain circumstances. It's all weird stuff but if you ever teleported and it didn't work as expected its probably fixed.

Fixed a bug with hex teleports not connecting with the opponent.

Fixed a bug where the cooldown of shadowball wouldn't apply under certain circumstances. (It still has no cooldown on hit.)

Fixed a bug where the curse icon would persist after gengar was hit and lost the ability to use hex.

Hex knockback now scales with the charge level of shadow ball. Kills at ~110% at max charge.

Lowered volume of on kill sfx and added a visual for it.
