-Added two new melee animations to the Juggernauts as well as decreasing the time between melee attack from 1.5 to 0.7 but for the light Juggernaut. The damage was dropped to 10 and the speed went from 0.7 to 0.5.

-1.6 seconds it take before the Juggernaut can fire its minigun, and the minigun has new reload sound.
-The minigun also has custom spread as well.
