Also added Neophyte Hybrids to this mod, and deleted the standalone version of that mod, since it no longer needs to be separate.

Increased the cost of Psychneuein
from: 30 influence cost, 3 influence upkeep
to: 60 influence cost, 6 influence upkeep

Due to a conflict with the new faction/race: Adeptus Mechanicus, the Kastelan Robots have been removed from this mod and added into their own separate stand-alone mod. This is to allow Adeptus Mechanicus players to be able to use their own Kastelan Robots without the costs from this mod. Sorry for the trouble, and thank you Grim_Reaper for pointing this out!

Fixed an issue where the icon for the Chaos Cultist purhcased from the Jokaero Trader Encampment was not showing.

Removed the ore cost from chaos cultist "Clear Tile" ability, and increased it's influence cost by +5.

Increased the influence cost and influence upkeep of Kroot Hounds from:
20 cost, 2 upkeep to 30 cost, 3 upkeep.
