More trees should actually be solid, souvenir shop basement should be de-combined and lit properly. Made some other adjustments to object fade distance and to a texture used in the map.

Fixed a slew of issues where the void could be seen, among other things. Managed to also remove remaining traces of the Combine as well as fix up more areas to be more pre-war. Among many QOL changes.
