VER 1.5 (09/29/21)

Buffs:
-Changed priority of FAir hitboxes to make sweetspot easier to hit

Nerfs:
-Bladder charges at a slightly slower rate
-Increased FStrong base hitpause (8 -> 10)
-Decreased FStrong hitbox size
-Increased FSpecial explosion hitbox hitpause scaling (0.75 -> 1)
-Increased USpecial startup time (8 -> 14)
-Decreased USpecial hitbox lifetime (19 -> 15)
-Decreased USpecial movement speed (11 -> 10)
-Decreased USpecial turning speed (5 -> 4)
-USpecial now puts you into pratfall after use
