Small update to fix background issues in main menu and mod manager.

Updated to resolve compatibility issues with the latest patch and the new Tale of the Dragon expansion.

Fixed issue with textbox borders.

Added new custom icons for 'full random' major god selection.

Removed un-needed data file from mod to avoid possible conflict with game updates.

Added the original game's civ-specific in-game menu styles.

Button assets increased in quality; should increase overall quality of menu appearance when using this mod.

Fixed UI element accidentally left out of previous update.

Improved quality of several UI elements, most noticeably on options and pre-game menu screens. Will be updating other elements soon.
