Quick Update:
guerillia warfare now makes you capitulate less faster
"storming of the government building" event now has more drastic consequences
industrialists/worker support now influenced by country size

Here is a quick overview over the new features:
- Class system reflecting a states population(will change over time)
- Worker and industrialists support added and possible interactions and consequences
- Tax system added for every state(Taxes depending on the classes and population numbers)
- Finances added (set your taxes for classes and decide your army maintenance)
- some new events
- guarantees can now be enacted via meetings
- ai will cancel guarantees when relations are too low
- many balance changes
- social reforms added
- parliament added with interactions regarding reforms
- government support by population added(influences current ideology support)
- Devestation system for states added (reduced taxes)
- Players and AI can now engage with guerillia warfare (small decisions to add buffs and debuffs)
- Far less random wars

( It really bugs me, that the AI like to justify for every claim they have at about 90 percent world tension... this kind of breaks the whole game... so I like to play with justifications disabled... but that is not really a solution to the problem....)

and many other changes, because I probably missed some....

New Additions:
- Faction unity system
- Corruption "system"
- New decision to boost your society level progress
- Several new events for the faction unity system, the army loyalty system and general events
- Decisions for the faction unity system and corruption
- 4 new (and very basic) mapmodes for:
--> economy
--> corruption
--> recession
--> society level
think that's about it...not sure tho, worked on the update for a long time, so I am not really sure anymore...

Fixes:
- AI for decisions has been fixed (was broken before)
--> Beware, this can cause a lot of random bullshit, but also makes the AI a lot more threatening sometimes
- army leader events for death of sickness and wounds are now a unit leader event, so you can see more easily, who died (to increase your pain I guess)

Balancing:
- Rework AI weight for the economic events
- A lot of modifiers have been changed
