*Reworked PTSPull command - now it correctly teleports thralls to player
*Added Single-player restrictions for PTSPull - thralls to pull searched in ~50 foundations radius from player (height ignored). This fixes problems of pulling thralls from unloaded cells (when it is impossible to determine if they on surface or not)

*Randomised initial delay, so thrall checks will not fire all at once
*Removed savegame flag from npc custom variable - it could lead to NPC loss after mod removal
