Bear in mind, this update is NOT complete, there are some inconsistencies, missing description, wrong strings and missing effects
Example: Most of ruler job "ruler consumes Y to produce X" are still not properly updated to the current production
Same as some balance changes, like ecumenopolis districts, are pending

Please report any issue on the discord, i expect to have all missing and wrong effect sorted for next week (most are just visual/localisation issues)
