ICP Weapon re-work update
Added:
New animations for Voss lasgun and Heavy stubber
New sounds for autogun, plasma canon, heavy stubbers, hunter missiles
New icons for drum magazines
You can now reload while aiming

Fixed:
Ammo disappearing from vehicles
Autocanon, Stubber sounds that wasnt playing on vehicles
Some minor config optimizations
