Added two Faith to "Mythologia Romana" (only available by Ruler Designer at the Moment)

- Sol Invictus (Its basicly the unreformed Version with Sun Worship in it.)

Bugfixes
- Faith had missing Icon when using an old Save File
- Descision to create the Eastroman Empire was shown even if you used an old Save File (which gives than unwanted side effects)

- Descision to create Eastern Roman Empire (at no cost, must have Title of Byzantine Empire), new Game start only
