added option for muffling the sounds
the gasp only plays if you were suppressed above 40%
added an option to change the volume of sounds (snaps and gasps)
changed the blur, its probably more expensive but its a proper way of doing it, and looks prettier.

Changed the viewpunch to local, so no lag anymore
Added Suppression on explosion damage above 30 damage
Added an option for vignette scale, so you can also disable it by setting it to 0.
