Didn't expect this level to get to the front page so, I guess I am gonna update it then.

- Moved the rifle spawn point and put a spacetime manipulator in the old spot
- Beefed up security a bit
- Broke more of the window to the control room to make it easier to get in
- Added a few more upgrades
