Revamped the Quest log.
Now you can manage the custom quests that were created, i.e look through them and delete them if you want to.

-Now with ranks and config option that you only get quests lower or the same difficulty as your rank.
-10+ new quests
-new item that can only be gained from a quest
-new types of rewards in the form of temporary boni
-A bit of rewriting of the code to improve loading times and network load
