Hotfix for crash when killing creature near another player

-Refactored nearly all files to use tables more efficiently
-made quests burnable
-frogking quest line now active
-fixed boss island inability to return if 2 players at the same time did a bossfight
-fixed temp boni not showing arrow and disappearing if too many boni active
-fixed possibility to get unlisted character quest
-changed the quest creation to use json, removed old files and some bug fixes of undeclared variables...
