Fixed the issue that you cannot complete the first day merchant quest in some cases
Combined Indignant should give you 2 unupgraded cards now
First day merchant quest will make merchant like you as they should be now

Fixed some convo bugs about Victor meet Sal event
Savage require Lightning reflex to play now, for real
The inner demon negotiation now take 2 turns instead of 1 to make you loss 1 more extra max resolve, but it also apply shield to its core argument every 2 turns.

The loss max resolve event in day 2 is now a negotiation, and the amount you lose will depends on how much turn this negotiation takes.
Irrational and Sloppy Threat's damage lowered
Add another upgrade option for Indignant
Educe is now a replenish card
