ok i swear to god it works now and I tested it on server pattons now have HE shells and it wont cause errors.

ugh still breaks sorry no HE for Patton tanks I guess will add f9f next couple days when i seperate broken configs

-Added F9F jets to NCR as i forgot to add them on release
