Update:

- Added duplicator support, make sure to constrain entities that got lighting origin applied as this tool doesn't apply any constraints to them that gets picked up by duplicator

Small update:

- Added an ability to Turn into Dynamic Prop tool to turn entities into prop_effects, which will be done through left click, whereas it still can turn stuff into dynamic props through right click just in case.

I could've made a joke about the current workshop situation, but I think that would be quite an assholish thing to do

- Now Set Lighting Origin Tool will also set lighting origin of parented/bonemerged entities!
