All African factions re now in place.

All that remains is to recode them, and to also begin recoding Central Asians: Sarmatians, Scythians, Xiongnu, and Kushans.

African factions - Aksum, Kush, Garamantoi - all have their units in place but not implemented. The time has come!

Arab factions now have skins but no proper icons, still using RK666 sheet.
Garamantian, Libyans: added but not fully checked.
African faction units, mercs: unchecked.

A last imnute check is required before we begin adding the new systems.

Attacking African factions!
Africans: not tested.
- Libyans: inserted but not implemented nor tested.
- Arabs: Arab skirmishers and jav camels not done.
BUT.....
- Garamantian units are being imported.
- Ethiopian Hanetay is done but not tested.

Slots for new units have been inserted.
Suggest we begin by working on minor factions, such as the Greeks first.

DhruvaGC has confirmed it - we can't have unit skins upgrade in vanilla [3] -_-;

This means a complete rewrite of the code. But I think I will do it only once all the units are finished.

Unit skins outstanding:

- Phoenician
- Aksumite - Shotala outstanding.
- Chinese: no Floating Fortress.
- Saka, Sarmatians: no Alan lancer. Still searching....
- Nanyue. This faction needs a Chinese chariot and a Chinese mercenary halberdier but so far nothing has been done.
*Convert over the Medium Chariot. Do so ASAP.

Problems:

Fort issues - fort can't be built in Imperial Age.
Unit skins won't upgrade on the second Age.

**Check Rise of Kings from [2] to isolate this issue. Could be due to bad coding by Super7700.
**Fort system is still intact. Could this be proof of a bigger problem?
*Hong cut off the MANA allowance of the Captain/General. Need to fix this.

Warbirth 2 is now being worked on, but there is a lot of stuff outstanding.
*Buildings: Multiple entries addded but not fully tested or implemente - Fixed Welthauptstadt building (being used for Pantheon) but the Roman Pantheon per se isn't done. Neither is the Persian library despite our best attempts.
*Greeks - Greek infantry is now done but not fully coded, Illyria is supposed to receive a new shipment.
*Hong's no-ramp coding needs to be fixed.
**This is mostly a clerical job we are doing. We are teasing out what units Hong has used, and how they are added. No chance of WBI2 to be complete until this part is done.

Aside from that: Germans and AFricans are being imported in. I suggest we check these oout and complete the following:

*1, Southeast Asian factions are not done.
**Nanyue has problems
**Bach Viet unit system needs rechecking.
**Pyu, Funan faction needs checking.
*2, nomadic factions are incomplete.
**Kushans, Tibeans, Huns, Saka and Scythians need checking ASAP.
*3, African factions are incomplete.
**We need 2 shotela swordsmen for Aksum/
*4, merc system is not fully implemented.
**Move items already in Swords of the Prophets into position.

Made a deeper check into Hong's work, found a lot of structural irregularities.
Axemen has been sent up from Project 666 as an "upgrade" of Anusiya for Persia.
