Added Pale One Hammerers, Olm Warriors, and Great Olms
Hammerers and Warriors are obtained via recruitment when Elder Cyclops are present, while Great Olms are obtained via ritual.

Recruitment:
Pale One recruitment tree expanded considerably. Pale Ones can recruit elementals and superior troops in the late game, provided that certain commanders are alive.

Rituals:
Additional summoning rituals added to Pale Ones.
