- inhibits vanilla movement request when part area is the same between two consecutive mechanical actions.
This seem to prevent most pathfinding issues.

- protect from some stall case when we cannot reinstall a part.
(e.g. wheels cannot be reinstalled because we broke the associated brake)
- change the stop management from random to going away from the car of 1 unit
(this seems to have better results)

- the worse infinite blocking of the pathfinding is managed (it's dirty).
