Minor localisation fixes for events

Made the Reichskommissariat Moskovien smaller, so the territories beyond the A-A line go to Siberia, because let's be honest, even with all the wacky stuff in this mod, there is no way Germany gan hold territory beyond the A-A line. Hell, even the A-A line is a stretch.

Added 4 more flavour events

The colours of the RK's seemed a bit off, so I tweaked them.

Finally fixed the damn thumbnail

Fixed the Reichskommissariats, so their names are shown properly for a Despotic Ideology, also added flags for Reichskommissariats
