- Balanced prices, removed rebate from higher level engineers.
- Added Coal mine, Upgrade Coal mine to Iron Mine, Castle to available rituals.
- Added some AI scripting, not sure if works please comment if you notice AI using engineer. They are limited to a couple of each ritual so they dont go insane building everywhere.

Based on the CoE4 mod by Oort. Gives a % chance to recruit an engineer who can build hamlets/villages/towns/watchtowers and destroy some terrains. Evolves over time to Master and Grandmaster Engineer to unlock more abilites.
