v0.7 update

v0.6 update

* Small adjusts to the nutrition values of some foods.

* Fix for growthstages, mature plants were dying after 2 days (they shoudn't). Extra annoying for decorative plants and Darga Fern etc.

v0.5 update:

First of all, make sure to put the mod above core inside the game, the food recipes will not be updated if you don't do it.

* Reduced the time needed to eat certain foods.

* The following reagent recipes were changed:
- Flour - Now each wheat will give you 20 flour instead of 5
- Soy Oil - Now 1 soybean will give you 5 soy oil instead of just 1
Reason: Some food recipes are quite unbalanced, take Bread for example, in vanilla the original recipe needs 200 flour (and each wheat makes 5 flour) so, to make a single bread you needed to harvest 40 wheat. If you chose to eat only bread, you'll need an hydrophonic with 540 plants growing. The same happens with foods that use Soy Oil.

* The following food recipes were changed:
- Bread Loaf (100 flour, 5 soy oil)
- Cooked Soybean (1 soybean)
- Cooked Rice (1 rice)
- Powdered Eggs (1 egg)
- Canned Powdered Eggs (2 powdered eggs, 1 can)

* Changed the amount of nutrition of several foods, to make them more balanced. Also, now complex stuff that needs lots of ingredients and the ones that takes eggs in the formula are the endgame of nutrition. See the Spreadsheet in image for details.

v0.4 update

Changes in this version:

* Small balance: Foods will fill you 10% more.
I did the initial ballance of this mod considering just the canned tomatoes nutrition, but they're quite overpowered compared to the other foods in the game. To fix this i increased the amount of % you'll get after eating any food by 10%.

* Added a new spawning condition called Default-PlantsRebalance with 2x more seeds in the lander, 3 extra can of food and 20 seed in each player inventory. This should be more MP friendly.

v0.3 update


Until now, when you died, you were being wrongly awarded with 100% food and water. This was fixed in this update and now you'll be properly punished for dying.
Now, if you die (or a new friend joins you), the character will respawn with food and water proportional to the days past in the save. Examples (considering sun/orbit period in 2):
Died or friend joined in day 0 = respawn with 100% food/water
Died or friend joined in day 1 = 90% food/water
...
Died or friend joins in day 7 = 30% food/water
Died or friend joins in day 9 = 10% food/water
After day 10, you'll respawn with minimal food and water, just enough for you to run to your (or friend's) pantry room and feast yourself.
Also keep in mind that this configuration is proportional to the Sun/Orbit so, if you play with Sun/orbit in 1, it's: day 1 = 95%, day 2 = 90% ... day 19 = 5%.

Also, remember that if you're playing in multiplayer, or as a guest in someone's save, if you go offline and they keep playing, after some time your character will die of starvation/hydration/suffocation and when you respawn, you'll get the low food/water. To avoid this, you should log off in a sleeper or cryotube, as they stop food/water consumption: https://stationeers-wiki.com/Sleeper
