Hopefully this will encourage people to actually consider using the other Large Aux core sub-options

- Balance: double market price of platinum ore/ingot/plate as it is valued extremely low and sold in bulk at certain traders, but then extremely rare in the entire rest of the game.

- REVERT Add Steel Plate to iron ore melt recipe to furnaces (40% loss) - this was causing a crash with deconstructors and possible corruption and partial deletion of structures!

- Add Platinum Plate to ore melt recipe to furnaces (20% loss like sathium)

Increase Small Quantum Core CPU 6000 -> 12000 (had increased it to 25000)
Increase Small Auxiliary Core CPU -10000 -> -20000

- Last 2 commits did not seem to add Build 83 changes, this change definitely adds them
- Slightly boost drill radius: survival, mechanical, and CV mechanical (makes them a little less annoying)

- Further boost to hand drills, roughly double of stock for each instead of the 20-70% of before
