Improved description.

Added optional "R" setting for lines, this enables rate focused rules (ignoring load factor) allowing more aggressive scaling of line capacity.

Added help text for manual line management.

Added ability to set line vehicle management to "Manual" by add the string "(M)" to the line name.

Mostly internal tweaks, general/minor tweaks to console output.

Overhaul with contribution from RustyBucket/RusteyBucket (thanks!). From an end-user perspective, a cleaner console log output by default and also more data available when debugging, also a possible improved coverage of transport modes that may have been mistakenly omitted prior.
