Fixed a few issues including one of the ladders not being usable. Also added some visual flair and consistency with the newly released Pre-war transitblock

Fixed some texture and brush issues, add the remaining Kleiner room. Teleporter not included for performance reasons and to allow users to have their own experiments hidden away.

Fixed some problems with stairs, a few lighting issues, extended how much of the canal is playable space, and made some adjustments to make the map feel grittier and dirtier (like changing the grass texture).

Fixed some brush textures and a brush clipping into another one that shouldn't have. Also added some door sounds.
