Fixed some void issues

Updated some of the lighting; updated cubemaps; made some details consistent with other transit block maps; added in things to make the map feel closer to the original HL2 maps; also hopefully fixed issues of certain assets not appearing

Made the map far more consistent to the original HL2 maps; added in the missing office area from the streetwar area; fixed door sounds; got cubemaps properly working; touched up the AI nodes; added navmesh; in-game thumbnail.
