-partially done 5-6(8) player saved maps.
-added visuals for color indicators (costs).
-fixed #luosetti optimization (was not optimizing).
-fixed tiny rotation error when autorotating (on drop).

-english command help string print incode ready to be uncommented.
-changed method of keeping items in correct position (when saving).
-changed river detection code in #luosetti.
-#luosetti now creates bit more optimized saved maps so they load faster. (failed this)
-new #käännä command to turn selected objects to according camera.

-if you updated old saves to version between this and the last "LuaScriptState" reset, you need to reset again.

-dice BROKE AGAIN, before i did immeadiate re upload fix because i noticed the bug, but now it was gone and had to do fix AGAIN.

-repaired wagon card upgrade menu missing from copies/new.
-admin control panel. more rights when expanded.
-#luo locks also non randomized tiles/production_numbers.
(hex color converter. scheduler fallback system.)
