Initial Publish. This is a Fan reupload of an existing mod, It does bug fixes {allowing stats to be permanent, allow stats to increase 1 of 6 stat -- health, warding, armor, potency,damage, spell } to increase by 9 points ( instead of 0.2) and takes 2 days (instead of 10 days)to complete the job (and permanent).
