(DEVLOG) All textures are finished except the console metal covers one (currently uses an ugly placeholder).

(DEVLOG) Added some new untextured stuff on the console so it doesn't make me want to kill myself with its depression inducing empty ass look. Some new stuff however has a texture now, like little lamps on the console. Lamps and LEDs in rotor now turn on and off based on TARDIS movement.
