Preparation for big update + fixes!

Getting ready for the big update

Bug fixes + added more caves and three new houses!

Added some new stuff - jail in rg, watchtower in rg, the skeleton of a future update. Fixed a lot of stuff - error trees, mine tp, render issues, ladder issues, etc.

Fixed a billion errors with areaportals, nodraw textures, windows, and just general bugs.
