Changed mod load priority to better mesh with other mods.

Avatar now is amphibian to ensure it survives when agartha gets flooded.

Rebalanced Avatar.

It now deals much less damage to make it less effective at defending forts.

In order to ensure it doesn't easily die in unforted starts it was given extra hp.

I tested against a human army of 50 troops. On open grounds they kill it with about 35 troops left. In a super fort the avatar kills the 50 man army, but loses half its health. This is in line with what I originally intended.
