Fixed that enforcers spawned through extended elevators wouldn't leave it unless distracted.

Fixed that guard elevators wouldn't spawn in Sankaku.
Fixed error when Agent Unground Battleknowns was installed.
Fixed that cameras could spawn inside guard elevators.

Guard Elevators will now be added extending off the map when there isn't enough room to place them on the main map.
