-Fixed Ai waiting for unit with timer to become available (now for sure) by equating charge factor values for all ai dificulties to same single value and fixing unit parser to properly detect some of fore values.
-Disbled Ai from spawning Dark Angels's terminators (which are not for special points).

Major update for ASV version:

-Fixed Ai spawning dev units and units that it can't handle (turrets, valkyries).
-Fixed Ai waiting for unit with timer to become available (almost, it turns out that this fix is relevant to heroic ai only, update soon).
-Fixed Ai not spawning vehicles for a long time.
