Added a convar to stop UUIS from spawning unsafe numbers of items upon player death. Also made uuis_add_spawnpoint place spawnpoints 20 units above the ground; previously, items spawned partially in the ground.

Fixed drop_items_on_death not working when anticamp was enabled. Also moved all functions into local namespace.
