Added a configurable item blacklist to prevent specified items from appearing in the shop market.
Added a configurable npc blacklist to prevent specified npcs from selling their items in the shop market.

The Shop Market v1.2.3 has been published to Stable TModLoader v2024.3.
The shop market is now sorted by lowest price with custom currency priced items at the bottom of the list.
You can now view purchasable items from npcs that are not spawned in or homeless, however you cannot buy them.
The shop market will now properly apply discounts when refreshing shop items after a discount item is equipped.
Fixed a bug that caused the portable shop market item to not appear when in multiplayer.
Fixed an issue where opening the portable shop market would automatically buy an item.
Added more config options for more customization of the mod. For intended use, keep default values in the server config.
