- Added beta integration, when beta is enabled:
> Crab King Rework is disabled
> Fish food recipe is disabled
> Weight-based fish is disabled.
> Easier Rockjaws is disabled.
- Tweaked treasure chance config to match new changes in the beta.
- Added config for disabling disabled boat collision damage.
- [BETA ONLY] Added config to tune chance of "delivery" type pirate raids

[CRAB KING REWORK]

- Changed attack to be based on line attacks, with 3 variations
- Ramming CK now deals a ton of damage proportial to speed
- Ramming or hitting CK or claws with a cannon cancels healing.
- Claws now have to bite through bumpers to damage the boat. No longer break structures.
- Killing claws deal damage proportional to their health to CK.
- Cannons deal increased damage.
- Made CK Fireproof, because it apparently wasn't.
- Freezing Crab King makes him do the freeze attack.
- After a couple of hits, CK enters a cooldown, opening a window to ram him! When rammed or after the cooldown ends, CK produces waves.

[TRIDENT REWORK]
- New spell
- Added a on-hit effect.

[STEERING CHANGES]

- Overral buffed steering speed by 25%.
- Captain's Tricorn and rudder increases turn speed further.
- Rudder increases drag when moving away from the target direction, acting more like a rudder.

Sailing Rebalance 1.12.9

- Hoarder CK is off by default.
- All features except Hoarder CK, Cheaper Boats, Treasure Worldgen, More Keys and Steering Wheel Turning are now off with Uncompromising Mode.
- Fish Food now costs an additional seed shell.

- Seedshells thrown by players cause leaks regardless of PvP setting.
- Shell Pieces stack to 20.
- Bumpers now can be placed regardless of blocking structures.
- Trident & Seedshell-caused leaks now cause pirates to flee.

> +2x Max. Velocity
> +1.33x Catch Up Speed
