Fixed mixed voicelines bug.
Fixed veterans cannot run properly.
Now veterans and scouts have both male and female types.
Scout now wont patrol automaticly, which may improve a little bit FPS.
Improved "No Friendlyfire" config.
Added "Smoke Grenade Immunity" config.
Added a new NPC: Rocketman.
Removed *Mod Abandon* tag, still have a lot of works to do.
